The Sheridan Sanitation District No. 2 meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the Sheridan Recreation Center, 3325 W. Oxford Ave., Sheridan, CO 80236.

Rules and Regulations
The District's Rules and Regulations were initially adopted on November 13, 1991, with amendments added periodically as determined necessary by the Board of Directors. The Rules and Regulations can be found on this website under the category, "Forms". 

Permits are required for:

  • Service line repair/replacements.

  • Service line tap repair/replacements.

  • New single family and commercial services.

  • New Additional Dwelling Unit (ADUs) connections.

Usage Fees are assessed quarterly. Permit fees are required, and due, upon submittal of the permit application. Please contact the District Manager for current fee information. 

Sewer Line Back-ups / Blockages
If you have a sewer back-up or blockage, contact your plumber first to clean, and confirm, that the service line is functioning correctly. If the problem persists, contact the District Manager at (303) 513-0901.
